This paper looks at how ATPI were asked to consolidate the hotel programme and reduce the number of hotels used. The expectation was to deliver improved leverage with suppliers and to focus spend resulting in better managed hotel costs. There was also the requirement to increase compliance to the preferred hotel programme, through implementation of ATPI booking tools and the creation of an internal client communications strategy.
ATPI Analytics™ provided online real-time ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and six monthly consolidated Management Information. This was achieved through the mandating of ATPI booking tools with 75% compliance within 90 days. This delivered a greater visibility of spend across all travel segments, through improved, accurate and consolidated Management Information.
