Combining a Conference and Incentive

ATPI Corporate Events were selected by an Aged Care Organisation to create a unique five day conference experience to empower their staff. The event needed to encourage planning and forecasting for the following year as well as social activities. There were many complexities including a limited budget, an extremely varied target audience and a tight timeline.
